The NTS-Group - with app. 700 employees and more than 100 Mio EUR turn-over - develops, manufactures and optimises opto-mechatronic systems, modules and components for international machine builders (OEMs). The NTS-Group comprises different, complementary operating companies based in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Israel and China, which form together the most important links for manufacturing machines.

Project description

  1. Make the merger of Nebato and Te Strake a success: Together with the Executive Board and the MT of NTS Mechatronics TheVirtualManager focus points were defined and task forces organized. TheVirtualManager facilitated this program and took the lead for certain focus points.
  2. Develop an organization model for NTS Mechatronics appropriate for the future objectives of the merger. A form of network organization is chosen with so-called DNA's between Account Manager, Project Manager and Operations Manager. Entrepreneurship, a flexible way of cooperation and customer orientation are the basic values of this triangle.
  3. Develop the core competencies and market position of NTS in line with the distinguishing capabilities.
