One day workshop at the BCE (Brabant Center Of Entrepreneurship) as part of the Technical University Eindhoven/Tilburg master program.

In this skill training we go beyond business as usual. Strategies and business plans have to be based on a solid outside-in view. In the most cases such an outside-in view consists of some market trends and min-max scenario’s. Scenario Thinking goes much further. What we want is understanding the main market driving forces. Scenario Planning is a powerful tool for that – we will learn and exercise it during this training. But Scenario Thinking is more than a tool – it is a mindset. Experience it! Learn the art of strategic conversation!
