Yacht is part of Randstad and supplies, from 13 branches in the Netherlands, highly trained professionals for specific projects or for temporary operational activities. We have executed our assignment for the branch High Tech Campus Eindhoven, which concentrates specifically on technology within the High Tech Industry.

 

Project Specification

The objective was to develop this branch into a profitable and professional organization, valued outside and inside Randstad. To achieve this we had to develop a business plan with a matching plan of actions for growth - quantitatively as well as qualitatively.

We involved the people in and around the organization as much as possible in this process. In this way we made use of their know-how and expertise and at the same time grew their commitment.

 

What have we delivered?

  1. We have developed a business road map with the help of the “Re-Invent Your Business”-model
  2. We have defined the key customers/clients and the competitive position and made a gap analysis
  3. With the help of a community map we have charted the eco-system - internally and externally of Yacht
  4. By analyzing the key processes we have marked the most important organizational domains and worked out an organization development plan
