EyeOn (www.eyeon.nl) helps large companies in running the best possible planning process for steering their business. Over the last years the EyeOn team has grown towards a strong collection of more around  50  planning and control experts. EyeOn is located at the Croy Castle in Aarle-Rixtel, The Netherlands.

 

Project Description:

 

The VCS platform was piloted at EyeOn to improve the collaboration of their consultants, who are stationed at the customer sites and manage the local projects. Emphasis was put on the communication in general as well as on the knowledge exchange specifically. In parallel the knowledge exchange with the customers in their projects and the organization of network meetings via the platform.

The VCS platform was first used for one single workspace and developed later on into multiple workspaces and the expectation is that this will increase to support EyeOn as the organization will grow.

 

We are now about to roll out this platform to the larger organization.

 

These pilots were expedited in cooperation with VE-A.
