Project description

To maintain its market leadership position, new product-market-combinations need to be developed and an aggressive growth scenario has to be realized.

In order to achieve these goals, we had to:

  • improve entrepreneurial behavior of the organization
  • create a better focus on the business and the market
  • realize new business projects (like Life Science and Low End)
  • link R&D and core competencies to the new business developments
  • develop a corresponding company culture, to create awareness and commitment
  • of the working force for these ambitious objectives
