Maintenance Value Park Terneuzen

Maintenance Value Park Terneuzen

The Maintenance Valuepark (MVP) in Terneuzen focuses on the development of a sustainable environment within which businesses, educational institutions and government bodies cooperate on education, innovation, efficiency and economic growth. Around the Dow site in Terneuzen, some 25 maintenance firms are active every day and their business has gradually grown with the local factories.  MVP is part of the World Class Maintenance programme in the Netherlands and is intended for maintenance technologies and processes which can be used in the processing industry.

Project Descriptions:

The VCS platform was piloted at the Maintenance Value Park in Terneuzen to improve the collaboration within the knowledge- and innovation center (KI<). The best solutions of the ideation process need to generate business propositions. These projects need to be managed in an effective way. We started with using the platform for the steering team first, exercising and looking for the best way to use the features.

In the 4th quarter 2011 we will roll out this platform to the larger organization.

This project was expedited in cooperation with VEA.
