Food Technology Park Brainport

The FTPB is in the making round the Green Campus in Helmond, where, in the next few years, laboratories and centres of expertise will be built. The park needs to give a new impulse to innovation in a cross-over of food and technology. In the region of Helmond there is a strong concentration of food processing related SME businesses.

The initiators are: FoodConnectionPoint, The Green Campus, the BOM (Brabant Development Agency) and the municipality of Helmond.

 

Project Description

We have used our IDO©Campus Assessment Tool to go through all important elements of the master plan and from there reasoned through to priorities and focus. 

In this way we have:

  • laid the foundation for a further accentuating of the mission and ambition, which enabled a more collective understanding through visualizing the future
  • provided insight into what processes, activities and objectives must be managed
  • worked out a proposal for a follow up plan

At the moment we are involved in further working out the innovation- and business development aspects within the campus concept.

This project is executed jointly by TheVirtualManager and Minase.
